CanIT service down: September 16th, 2017 ***UPDATE: CLEARED***

As an unexpected part of the migration taking place today, CanIT service may be down until later tonight. Mail has been set to bypass on affected customers, and should continue to work in the interim, and CanIT filtering will be re-applied as soon as the networking changes have completed. Current ETR is the same 9 PM as the migration of the control panels.

UPDATE: CanIT has been successfully migrated, and should resume filtering messages shortly.

As part of our final migration from our leased data center space in Columbus, OH to our own facility in Piscataway, NJ, we will be migrating the H-Sphere control panel systems on September 16th, 2016.

Web16 server down

10:15am We’ve had a drive failure on Web16 and we’ve had problems reconfiguring its raid volumes.  We are allowing the raid to rebuild completely before attempting this again.  It should finish within an hour or so, we will keep you updated.
12:35pm Web16 has been repaired and is back online.

Intermittent H-Sphere CP access – Updated 10:50am EST 9/29

There is presently an issue with the control panel that might cause intermittent access, giving an error to ‘contact server administrator’. Administrators are aware of the issue and are presently working to preserve access. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are currently experiencing a network issue that is having a major impact on our networks. We are aware of this issue and are working with our carriers to fix the issue.
