Web 22: Server Down, Hardware Failure

Web22 has experienced an unforeseen catastrophic hardware failure.
Affected sites are being restored from backups to a replacement server.  Unfortunately due to possible complications during the process we cannot predict when affected sites will be fully restored.
However if you are affected by this issue, please submit a support ticket for information to manage your DNS settings [...]

There is a hardware problem on one of the webservers.  Web22 is experiencing drive failure.  There will be no data loss due to redundancy.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Network Outage

We experienced a network outage this morning causing connectivity issues for our clients.
The outage has been resolved, and our Senior Network Team is investigating to determine the exact cause and how to prevent this from occurring in the future.
