Core router maintenance – Non-service impacting

This evening between the hours of 0000 and 0200 Eastern US time we will be performing maintenance on our core routers in Columbus, Ohio. This maintenance is not expected to be service impacting.
DNS on Plesk3 **UPDATE**

UPDATE: The DNS problem is resolved. All websites are now working again.
DNS on Plesk3 is currently not functioning correctly.
All reseller customers using virtual nameservers through us may be experiencing problems at this time with sites not loading.
Technicians are working on the issue to get the services back up as soon as possible.
web10 down **Update

the shared hosting server, web10, is currently down. Admins are working on the problem and it should be up shortly.
