New Helpdesk Ticketing and Chat System Coming

Dear Website Source hosting Clients:

Website Source is changing its online ticketing and chat customer support systems over the course of days from Friday April 8th to Monday April 11th.  We expect the changes to be complete by end of day Friday April 8th, but wanted to give our customers additional notification that some changes may be ongoing until the 11th.

The support website URL will be the same as it is now:

https://support.websitesource.com

Submitting an email to support [at] websitesource.com will still create a ticket just like before.  However you are strongly recommended to start tickets from https://support.websitesource.com as that enables you to categorize the nature of your inquiry to help you receive the quickest response from the most qualified personnel.

You are not required to create an account in the helpdesk system to submit a ticket from the support portal.  However it is recommended you do so as there are features you will only have access to as a registered user.

If you do not register an account, you are still able to look up current and past tickets via your email address.  You can register later and at which point any tickets previously submitted with your email address will automatically be associated with your new account.

Clients will be able to access their old ticket history via https://support2.websitesource.com however do not try to submit tickets from there.
