Users on the web21.websitesitesource.net H-Sphere server may be experiencing issues routing to sites using the shared IP address of 216.177.141.128. If this is the IP for your site, administrators are working to restore proper routing as soon as possible.
Email service, along with any sites that are hosted on dedicated IPs, are unaffected by this issue.
UPDATE: At this time, all access to web21 should be as normal. Sites that were switched to a dedicated IP for the sake of the issue can be put back to shared IPs, or left as they are as desired. Please contact technical support if you encounter any further issues.
