Reseller server down (Update cleared)

web and ftp on the reseller server, plesk3, are currently down. We’re working on getting them back up shortly.
All services have been restored on plesk3

UPDATE: Control Panel maintenance is done.
The hsphere control panel is performing routine scheduled maintenance which can cause some timeout issues. The issues are intermittent and the maintenance should be complete within a few hours.

Power Failure at data center (UPDATE: CLEARED)

There are multiple servers that are currently offline because of an electrical problem.
If you are currently experiencing issues with your website, database, or email chances are it is because of this problem.
Technicians are on site and working to get service back up as soon as possible.
