There was a DNS issue in some European and Asian countries earlier. At this time, these issues have cleared up.

The reseller server, plesk3, is currently having problems with web and ftp. Admins are working on it and should have everything working shortly.
All services have been restored on plesk3
Routing issues for some Comcast customers.

We have identified a network issue that may impact some Comcast customers attempting to reach sites hosted at our Columbus datacenter. We are aware of this issue and are working on a solution at this time.
