The hardware issues on web20.websitesource.net have been corrected and the server is now back online. All sites hosted on the server should be online.

Network outages affecting all WSS services for Time Warner customers****Update****

We continue having problems with Time Warner. If your ISP is Time Warner, please give them a call about any problems connecting to your web sites. This problem is affecting our phones as well. Our admin are trying to work with Time Warner to solve this as quickly as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hardware issues: Columbus Data Center

There is currently an issue in our data center impacting multiple servers, most notably web12.websitesource.net. Network admins are working the issue, and further information will be posted as it develops.
UPDATE: While work continues, all servers save for web12.websitesource.net should be online at this time.
UPDATE: all servers including web12 are now online.
