Web server web18.websitesource.net is currently experiencing a disk issue and may be down for sites using this server. Technicians are in the data center now, and service will be restored as soon as possible.

Blackberry email users

Blackberry email users may be encountering problems with connecting to the mail server at websitesource. We have found that setting up IMAP connection with no SSL provides connection. We are contacting Blackberry to see why this problem exists. Other users with iPhones, Androids are not having this problem.

At this time, there is a hardware issue on web20, which may cause issues reaching sites hosted on this server. Administrators are on-site presently, and we will provide updates as soon as they are available.
Update: The server has been restored, and all sites should be working at this time.
