Routing Issues ***UPDATE: CLEARED***

We are currently experiencing routing issues to a number of servers handling H-Sphere accounts. The servers themselves are currently up, but may experience issues reaching database servers or some customers. Administrators are working the issue presently, and we will provide updates as soon as there is anything further to report. We apologize for any inconvenience.
UPDATE: At this time, all routing issues should be cleared. If you are having any trouble with web or email access, please contact support.
UPDATE 2: As of 4:53 PM EDT, it appears that some servers may be experiencing packet loss. Some timeouts may occur, though for most users this may simply cause slowdown. Administrators are further investigating at this time.
UPDATE 3: It is now 6:33 PM EDT, and all servers have been running normally for the last 20 minutes. We are closing the issue for now, but will remain vigilant on the servers. If you experience any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact support.
