7:27am EST – The server web.websitesource.net is experiencing hardware issues again. We are investigating.
9:51am EST – There appear to be some drive errors, but we are waiting to check those after the raid rebuilds. We are rebuilding the RAID now(30%). We will keep you updated.
5:28pm EST – We are continuing to work on this server as there are many drive errors. We apologise for the inconvenience.
11:33pm EST – The drive array has been rebuilt and affected sites should now be back online.

web.websitesource.net has encountered a hardware issue, and will be unavailable until the issue is resolved. Support administrators are already working on the server, and we will resume service for this device as soon as possible.

mail4.websitesource.net has encountered a hardware issue, and may be unavailable until the issue is resolved. Administrators are on the scene, and we will have service resumed as soon as possible.
Update: The server has come back online, and is now processing its backlog. Mail service should resume shortly.
